Excellent step-by-step process, easy for the first-time user.
The only suggestion is that when the e-filing is not allowed, TurboTax should point out what may cause the situation.

turbotax isn't so great

not a fan of the limited operating systems. I'm not going to upgrade my os just to use turbo tax. won't be purchasing again

Turbo Tax is easy to use. My daughter did her own taxes this year by herself and got refunds from both, Federal and state. Something not easy as of late.

With the current tax laws, taxes have been simplified for people like me. Turbotax makes stepping thru the muck easier. I do wish that the import function was better for two of my institutions.

Easiest Ever!

What a difference this year's Turbotax was. In past years I needed help getting out of glitches and had to call the help desk, which was not easy to access.This year I was able to click on the answers and complete my tax filing in a few hours. Of course I always do prep work, gathering essential tax papers, writing down the categories and numbers, and adding them up to make sure everything is included. Thank you for making your product very
