Have used Turbo for years but this may be the last. Tryed to efile twice and it was rejected twice. Message that says " we will help you through it " is no help.

I was disappointed with the 2020 Version

Time and time again, the program refused to upload revisions to the state tax program. I was never able to figure out why. I tinkered around quite a bit and by accident must have discovered the reason.

Turbotax adds lie. Not intuitive at all.

Really bad. It asked so many questions where I didn't have a clue what to respond. Zero guidance. That "we will walk you thru" a complete lie. If you don't know what you have to enter your are lost,
