A great tax filing tool

Working with Turbo Tax is user friendly and efficient. On the other hand I was not happy to learn that next year my Mac will have to be updated to IOS Catalina in order to use Turbo Tax. This also creates another issue as my current Microsoft Office program will not work with Catalina. In this case they got me coming and going to purchase more software.

Turbo Tax failed me!

I tried to e-file and it was rejected by Feds and State of AR. The fix didn't work, i.e. put in 2019 AGI number, as I entered the correct number. As such I had to send thru the mail. Not sure if I can get my e-file fee returned yet.

Turbo Tax is a Great Tool

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, from time to time when they change things its difficult to figure out where the entry should be when Its not the same as the previous year.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is a great way to do your own taxes. It can, however, be a little confusing to someone like myself that does not know much about taxes and accounting. At any rate, I am very satisfied

Lack of support for Windows 7 sucks

By not supporting Win 7, I had to get another computer and transfer my files to this computer, then I had to transfer copies back to my Win 7 computer for printing. That was just so easy -- not! To say that Win 10 is more secure than Win 7 is a crock -- Microsoft does hundreds of patches each month on Win 10. If someone wants to get into your computer there is nothing that you can do about short of never turning it on.

Excellent as Usual

Straightforward Q&A with sufficient explanations if there was a question. I spent far more time trying to get a missing 1099R form than I did actually doing my taxes. My wife is relieved that she does not have to furnish anything more than her drivers license to finish up! Nice job, guys and gals! K
