Used turbo tax all my life but this year was a mess never could printout a copy of my return
thru Adobe without purchase. never could get the "free" copy to print

2020 was a terrible year!

I have used TT for over 20 years, and have loved it. This year I purchased a CD and had nothing but trouble. There was a constant issue with the program trying to update. I can't count how many times I was caught in a death spiral loop. TT would try to update, take almost an hour, and then want to update again. Also, my state wouldn't load. After wasting DAYS I finally tried going to the intuit website and trying to download the software. It uninstalled the original and then loaded again. FINALLY I was able to finish my taxes. I will NEVER purchase a CD again.
