Almost idiot proof

Very easy to use. When I had a question, they had an answer. The folks that programed this software were smart enough to anticipate the questions that a typical taxpayer would have. Very comforting because little guys like me don't want to have to deal with big guys like the IRS.

Turbo Taxc is good

Turbo Tax is good, but, I do not like that the extimated tax forms are printed based on last years tax information. Should not be printed until you've updated the income and deductions for the next tax year. It;s a big waste of paper.
