This took a lot of confusion out of the job! We've had an accountant do ours for 40 years. This is the first time we have been on our own with the process. Thank goodness for Turbo Tax!

First Time Doing Taxes And Am Pleased

This was the first year I did my own taxes and the step by step process made it easier. A couple of times I almost upgraded to get more help Turbo tax makes it real easy to make any changes needed. Thank you Turbo tax for a wonderful platform!

overall i find the product to be easy to use and gives me the information i need to make good decisions. Had issues this year with installation kept saying window system was upgrading . once i completed the install and completed my taxes there is no way to physically print a copy for your records 3 different locations to start printing all do the same thing. it automatically goes to preview and not print. only way is to save a PDF and then open / print. This is the easy stuff that should not be a problem

Turbo Tax is convenient

The software is easy to work with, very user friendly! However, it is difficult for non-US based customers to purchase the software.

been using turbotax for 40 plus years. used to be i could call up a form on search now i get help i do not want or need. i do my work as i get it through the mail. i update infrequently to force me to update costs me at least 6 min to update and restart. I also do not believe your review process is as good as it use to be . I found errors or omissions i made which Turbo did not find.
