Turbotax is great

The only problem I had was, when I went to start the State process the system hung up and did nothing no action of any kind, after trying the state several times and having no luck I decided to try something, I went back to end the Federal process again and this time errors were FLAGGED that I did not see the first time. I corrected the errors completed the Federal process started the State process again had no problems completed the process and I'm ready to file. I've used TURBOTAX for years and will continue to do so.

Turbo Tax works well for the tax returns

I checked only the Help screens. For self-preparation of tax returns, Turbo Tax makes it so much easier. I appreciate that TT completes all the necessary forms.

Its a good product and that fact that it took my slightly complicated tax return only 4 hours to do is nice. it would have been 3 if things were explained better and less complicated

Turbotax is a great time saver

I find it very user friendly and well organized.
The only suggestion I have is that when Turbotax announces that the standard deduction is best for me it shows me the total of my last year's deductions instead of only the itemized deductions I have taken so far. That way I can better decide whether to continue or just take the standard deduction.

Turbo Tax is Terrific!!

Easy, convenient, efficient, effective -- Turbo Tax did it again. I've been using Turbo Tax to do both my Federal and State returns for about 10 years. I enthusiastically recommend Turbo Tax to anyone interested in saving money while experiencing the satisfaction of completing your own tax returns.
