The RMD was CONFUSING for pensions. It was clear for federal retirees, but very UNCLEAR for federal survivor annuities!! Spent a lot of time and research trying to figure it out. I knew the correct answer, but the software was extremely confusing for the survivor annuity portion.

TT billing is confusing

It was great until state tax when said I get one free state. Then, just before filing you made me pay $25 to file state tax. Poor customer relations. Really upsetting Also wanted to apply state refund to 2021 and TT would not let me! how come???
State ta section needs lots of work to get it right.
I use Quickbooks, hope I don't find glitches there.

Even easier this year. I have been using TurboTax to file for the past 19 years. I did not like having to fill out the local form (RITA) this year since I do that directly on the RITA site.
