Easy to use

I love using turbotax, I have been using it for a number of years. It is very easy to use and will walk you through everything. You don't have to know anything about taxes. When you have questions it's simple to find the answers. My only complaint is that it is $25 to file the state taxes. I think it should be less, $10 would be more than enough.

Why do I need to manually enter my chartable deductions if TurboTax decides I don't need to itemize? After much research (that I shouldn't have had to do), all I could deduct was $300 whereas I had much more if I itemized. Easy FIX.

TurboTax won't save to my computer! WHY?
