Had A Problem With Update

When I tried to update the Turbo Tax program, the update failed and I was unable to open Turbo Tax. After many attemps, I re-installed Turbo Tax and the update worked (at least for one time). Other than the update problems, Turbo Tax worked great.

For me that I don't own anything yet, it's so easy and straightforward to do my taxes. I would like if there be more help for the retired community, making sure that they are submitting their taxes whether or not there's any income.

TurboTax very easy to use

Will use again. Turbo Tax entered figures on my State Tax that is incorrect. This was imported from I don't know where. Now I am having a difficult time trying to correct it. That is why I can only give 2 stars.
