Poor experience

I've been using Turbotax for 10+ years. This is the worst experience I've had. Downloaded Turbotax Deluxe, I had to change screen resolution to finalize installation. Then when I tried to download a state addition, I had to toggle back and forth between resolutions to make the purchase. It took a tremendous amount of time and patience to get the purchase completed and the state installed. It was a miserable and frustrating experience.

Another year in the books with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax walked me through everything I needed to enter, in a straightforward and helpful manner. When I had a question, their help line was available with personnel who were pleasant and professional in helping me with all concerns. Wouldn't be able to complete my taxes without turbo tax.

TURBO TAX HAS LOST ITS LUSTER

In 2019, I noticed "glitches" in the program, i.e., a box I checked would be unchecked when I reviewed my work. This year that was still present along with several others. It was so frustrating to complete my taxes that next year I am going to try another program

Turbo Tax is Good

I would like to be informed as to why I have to pay money instead of getting a refund such as "you spent so much taxable $ on house improvements" or any other things that may have been the cause of me owing instead of getting refund.
