Particularly tough year

With a huge medical bill, unemployment, and Healthcare.gov it's been a tough year to file taxes. I went through everything and got a bit of a shock, but I spoke to someone who was able to assure me I was on the right path. Combo of product and phone assistance worked well.

Easy to use and file taxes!

We have used Turbo Tax for 25+ yrs. Our grown children use Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax guides you thru all the categories with help buttons available. If you employer allows, you can upload your W-2's and investment statements. I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. This program is so easy to use.

I was very disappointed to learn there would be a charge for submission of my state return. Your packaging leads the purchaser to believe the cost of your product includes one state return submission.
