Easy and fast, simple to understand

Great product, guides you through the filing process with excellent recommendations along the way. You can stop on one day and easily pick back days later right where you left off. Filing taxes is not enjoyable but using Turbo Tax made it a lot less painful.

Great program

I have used TurboTax for at least six years. I do not miss having to learn the new tax laws and changes each year. I do not miss having to enter/write the same information on the tax forms each year. Because TurboTax does all of that for me, I am finished in less time, and, I am sure, more accurately. Great product.

Still the best product for preparing taxes

Great experience. SUGGESTED IMPROVMENT: Prompt the user to double check any income area that had income reported the prior year, but was not "visited" this year. Almost missed reporting $10K from a dividend source - fortunately, noticed it before filing.

Had issues this year

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2000. It's typically a very smooth process but this year it was full of issues. I had strange questions pop up and forms that I had to figure out how to delete because they didn't belong in my return. I'm disappointed and considering using a different product from now on.
