Download issue

Had to redownload Turbotax because the state program wouldn't function (at all). Just hung up when I tried to begin state taxes.
Pretty sure I got charged twice (shrugs). Works very well when it works, takes a while to get started.

Too long to open software and continue with return

Took 5 minutes to open the software and another 5 minutes to open continue returns. It could have done better. But, there are no delays with all the step on every catergories.

Intuitive Product

Superb product, easy to navigate and extremely helpful in preparing federal taxes. As an expat residing in Germany; TurboTax is my "go-to" program for tax preparation. Due to distance from US bases not practical to attempt using services offered to retirees on base; especially with COVID restrictions in place.
Superb product and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overpay for service with TurboTax

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I find it ridiculous to have to buy the product and pay again for service. I am not talking about filing fee

Excellent Program; I continue to use Year after Yr

The Ease of use and the straight forward explanations continue to bring me back tax season after tax season. I find your software easy to use and easy to follow step after step, and I am able to complete my taxes (Federal and State) quickly. Apparently, with zero errors, because I have never had a Return (Federal or State) rejected as unacceptable.
