Easy to use but doesn't always import

Not being able to download both the Mac version and the Windows version with the same purchase in an egregious annoyance. We should be able to have both downloads if we have purchased your product. Also, the import function does not always work even though it worked the previous year.

Turbo Tax still has problems

I've used TT for over 20 years. The last 12 years has been retired years. I keep past TT filings currant on the PC when filing for the currant year. TT when loading TT recognizes the previous year at start up. Yet I have to reenter all the information all over again each year and for the last 12 years none has changed. What gives???

Turbo Tax is awesome, they provide a step by step process and guide you through out your whole tax preparation. Tools and explanations also help in great detail. Over all
my experience has been great and I don't think I will ever pay a Tax preparer to do my taxes ever again if I get a good result Lol..

Easy to use

The program is easy to use and the deluxe version I purchased came with one free state return. When it came time to file I didn't realize I had to pay an additional $25 to e-file the state. Still less expensive than other products.
