NOT as GOOD as it use to be!

Disappointed from the time of loading program and opening! Have used TurboTax for many many years. Did not - would not - load my information from 2019 (used Turbo Tax then) off of my computer. Had to load ALL information all over again! Real Pain in the Butt!
Would not accept changes (asked question about 1095A) thought wife still had it and answered "yes" but I was wrong, tried to go back and change it but it wouldn't let me. Not happy at all with this year's program.

We missed an important blank on the first page and spent an hour trying to tell the program we had already purchased a download and didn't need to do it again. We found our mistake after closing out and starting over--our fault, not your's. Don't idiots like us get past the login page without filling in all the blanks!

Easy to use - but crashes this year!

Again great software to use going through Easy Step questions for all applicable sections, then opening a specific form when questions. This year I had several software crashes (running Mac Mojave 10.14.6) when doing simply entry tasks. Also not thrilled that per several messages I MUST upgrade to ios Catalina to use TT for next year (2021)
