e-file rejected over and over. Keeps saying AGI is wrong? Enter 0 as recommended by website - still rejected. Very vague and no help. very frustrating. Will be going back to competition.

Turbo Tax is Awesome

Have been using Turbo Tax for nearly 40 years and will continue to use it. My only complaint is the charge for efiling state return; however there is no evidence of who is making the charge.

A lot of changes this year

I have a child in college. Last year I could enter the 1098 T. This year I was not asked for it. Perhaps there is now a standard deduction, but I am concerned that I may have missed something. Non cash charitable donations also changed. It would be cool if there was a pop up box explaining why a certain section no longer applied and that it was due to XYZ tax law change.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years & now that I'm a bit older, I find that I can still rely on the clarity of the instructions & continuity of the program. I'm a satisfied user.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I always use it's question and answer mode and have never had an issue. It is easy to follow and easy to get answers. I will be using it again next year!
