As always Turbo Tax worked great. I had been worried that with all of the 2020 complications that this year would be difficult but as always Turbo Tax made the process easy.

Walked me through everything step by step. So easy. Even though I knew I was getting a refund, I'm not sure why I put it off so long. Easy peasy.

Taxes were fine, still resent the filing fee for state (we paid for he siftware). Bt then they somehow failed to connect the return i entered usng the software i dowmloaded to the key on the software I downloaded. I had to reset and verify my account several times over before everything finally synched . Snd the worst part was they didn't explai what as going on at all, it just kept me in an endless loop of can't save."saying it couldn't find the file that was trying to save (in order to save it). If that doesn't make sense, right! It didn't.

I've been doing my own taxes my entire life, and used TurboTax for most of it. This year was the first that I ever had a problem (after an update, it asked for my activation code again, which led to a frantic search), but I resolved it quickly and completed my taxes.
