Excellent tool to keep every year working together. Institutional downloads are a life saver. IRA handling in step by step was tricky and spot on. Nice job!

I have been using turbotax for the past 15 years or more. never had a problem, the audit defense network was there when I needed them to point out an error i made years before and since then I always trust turbo tax.

Small problem with Payment for state filing

Problem with first submission in that I was charged for the state filing($25) THEN advised there were additional updates which should be downloaded. After the download, the federal and state filings were rejected and I had to redo the entire filing and was once again charged $25 for the state filing which was accepted this time. Will I be reimbursed for the first filing charge when that filing was rejected??

My Experience with Turbo Tax was very good. It was helping and guided me with ease through all of the tax questions. I would recommend Turbo Tax to all of my friends.
