Easy to use!

Initially encountered an issue with the download from the CD; tried a couple times and both times was ejected as being unreadable ... so went to the Intuit website to do an online download ... that was a trip that took well over an hour to figure out even with using the online help ... BUT, finally got it to work/download! Once I got started it was relatively simple as in the previous years - Yes, so do love TurboTax!

I've always had great results from using, first, Mac-n-Tax, then, TurboTax, since 1993, until this year, when we had to update our software in order to continue using this software. Looks like next year we will have to update again. It would be nice if we could still use TurboTax with older software, but maybe that is not possible from your end. Thanks, CT.

Glitch at the end spoils the day

I have used turbotax for a number of years. This year I chose to efile. I get the error:: "/Return/ReturnData/IRS1116/ForeignTaxCreditSource/USTaxWithheldOnDividendAmt - Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries. "
This has been a problem for over a month, as indicated by other comments on the internet, and not resolved. So far my return has been rejected twice but when I go in to edit the error, there is no apparent problem and Turbotax believes there are no errors with my return. Hopefully changing the date from "various" to 12/31/20 solves the issue as others have reported. I'm hoping I didn't waste $25 for my state tax efile.
