I have used TurboTax for the last 8 years, maybe even more, anyway, the program always asks the right questions and if unable to answer, they give you the publication and who to talk to if you need more info. I will continue to use it, always get a refund.

Turbo Tax is very easy

The only thing I don't likes that I have to manually insert my IRS assigned pin on the 1040 form

Not as user friendly as previous versions

During review procedure, there were several "errors" that required fixing. They concerned street address, state, zip code of recipient. Why was I not directed to fill in that info prior to review? One step concerning RMD was not explained, the program assumed I knew what needed to be corrected. I guessed and got it right.
I printed the forms for review/file by mail and exited Turbo Tax, then restarted for another review. I had to register my copy before the program would continue.

Reliable Solution Year after Year

We've used Turbo Tax since we've been married (almost 8 years now) and we wouldn't use anything else. Easy to use for anyone (I'm an accountant but my non-accountant wife does our taxes). Couldn't be easier to use and includes all the latest rulings.
