Turbo Tax is Awesome.

Great Tax Software

The software itself is pretty easy to use and most of your questions can be answered by clicking on the hyperlinks attached to the questions. There were times that I did have to Google some question and there were times that I had to click on the "edit" button to be sure I answered that portion of the tax section. This was the second time I purchase the software so it was easier to complete than the first and I must say that going through the software gives you a better perspective to what I can and can not claim for tax write offs. I will be purchasing the software again next year. Thank you!

We rely on Turbo Tax Deluxe every year!

Every year we rely on Turbo Tax to guide us through the tedious process (it would be more so doing it the old way!) of filing our federal taxes. On year we made the mistake of going with another option, and were sorry that we did. We're loyal Turbo Tax users for life!

It had its glitches several times. Had to keep resigning in. Not that satisfied with the product this year.

It Does the Job

It does a good job at maximizing returns, and gives good explanations. I wish that I could've transferred my info from my Intuit account, since I filed online first. There were a few things I had to refill because my info was in another device and it didn't recognize my TurboTax file. Regardless, even though I had to start over, it didn't take too long to finish.
