You're slipping in quality of your product

Difficult to get program to take me through all the steps I needed. For example just would not take my property taxes and I had to go to the deduction form instead. Wouldn't print out the state return. I've used Turbo Tax for many years and this was my worst experience to date

Tried to e-file for first time because I have a refund coming. Kept rejecting because AGI was wrong. Tried repeatedly to fix to no avail. Mailing it in.

really liked and appreciated the way it walked me through every step. Only thing I didnt like was that every time I hit back button it went to top of page and I had to scroll back down to where I left off. Otherwise perfect for the task
