I would prefer an increased user friendly approach, for example spent much time finding a way to correct my answer on bitcoins.

Turbo Tax Still Has "Bugs"

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for at least 23 years. We had a death in our family during 2020, and when answering the question regarding the Federal Stimulus funds received, I had to agree with T-Tax's calculation (Even though it was wrong) in order not to receive additional Federal Stimulus funds that we were correctly not paid, nor entitled to receive

Turbo Tax continues to lose capability

As a long-term TT user, I have seen many changes and while they address tax issues, they are increasingly failing to address the "user perspective". Example: the "Add Supporting Detail" boxes don't always work; The "It's Deductible" feature is user unfriendly; even the tax print-out feature is weak. There has been a definite loss of connection with federal tax form information. This product has not matured with the years!

I have been a customer of Turbo Tax for more than a decade. Always easy to use and very thorough in its approach. I even do taxes for my kids and grandkids using the software. Very impressed.

Pretty good, only issue is with form 1116

I thought the process was pretty simple. I did have difficulty with form 1116 foreign tax credit and having to enter passive income after entering pension income, it was not that clear.
