2020 TurboTax cost me a new operating system

Search bar BROKEN in TurboTax and Broken Process

Turbo Tax usually works great for me, but this year I was very unimpressed by how essential features were broken or buggy and did not function. For example, in order to e-file the link to click to go pay the extra e-file fee was BROKEN and the hand-off link back and forth to go and pay and come back to file was BROKEN. I had to pay the delux audit protection fee for no good reason simply to get around this broken functionality. In addition the Search button/bar is also BROKEN and if I click on an empty box appears in which nothing can be typed and it is not actually possible to search. Horrible.
