Easy-peezy transfer from previous returns, and leads a taxpayer well, until further explanation is needed! In the past, we could click on a "more info" help section, and BAM! We'd get most of the explanation we needed. This year on the Deluxe version, we were unable to open even the "get help" bar on the top of the page.
We also did not get a return call from the TurboTax one-eight hundred number. So, T.T. was still worth purchasing, but in the past we'd a given it a four or five star.

Easy to use, with step by step prompts. Checks for errors and catches accidental omissions.

Turbo Tax is essential to my filing taxes

I wouldn't know where to start in doing my taxes without Turbo Tax. I would be forced to use a tax filing firm. Turbo Tax covers everything I am aware of. Each year it gets easier to find what I need.

Straightforward and intuitive. Always wonder from year to year if this will change, but thank heaven, it has not. Makes preparing our (relatively simple) tax returns pretty drama-free. Thank you, TurboTax!
