Turbo helped me successfully finish my taxes.

Turbotax was helpful, I am thankful that turbotax showed me how I messed up on my taxes; however, I did not receive an email that my taxes were rejected.

Turbotax makes it easy

Filing was made with ease. I did have questions on printing only 1 of 2 state taxes and could not figure how to do it. I called the help line and the person was so helpful. She made it so simple. Thank you so much.

Turbo tax is helpful except when the program changes inputted information, creating a flag which prevents filing from going through

My experience was excellent..It was so easy I thought I was using the service incorrectly..I used the TurboTax Virtual assistant, Miguel..and I needed to call in got nice Reps..Sara and 2 assistance

Turbo Tax is good - but parts are very vague

Parts of Turbo Tax are vague and is not intuitive enough. Especially on the 1099 forms with misc income. 1099 Q form should be easier to locate as far as where to enter for college.

A problem I had.

It was mostly good! But on two of the sections when I went to update the deduction, it did not show anything on the screen. I had to change to show form to see what I was trying to update.
