terrible install experience almost asked for money

We have used Turbo Tax for years and this year it installed but then would never open because it was stuck in an update loop. Even after manually downloading the update and installing, when opening it kept asking to update and then fail. There is NO turbo Tax help line which sucks!!! I had to get a computer savy person to look at the issue. He had had to uninstall and reinstall and finally it updated, He was very frustrated as well with the install and update process. They should really provide a 800 product support number, especially since the FAQ was useless.

Charge too much

I am a college student so I was not able to work long in the year of 2020. I purchased the disk so I'm not understanding why I had to be charged with so many fees when I'm already getting less than $250.

Never file your taxes any other way...

I have always used TurboTax to file my taxes and would never even consider doing it any other way. It is literally the easiest process under the sun. Which is saying something, considering you're talking about TAXES!! Seriously - use TurboTax. You won't regret it.

Turbotax is far from Turbo Charged

Terrible experience this year. Filing as domestic partnership in California and the way turbotax "included" this, or explained how to do this was terrible. It was a huge headache. This should have been a very easy software coding to allow a seamless filing of all the different and mock returns that needed.
