Needs a lot of work

This is the second year I have used your return. Last year there was no option for my electric car charger deduction so I wasn't aware it was available. I only found out because it was offered this year. Today, I tried to update my payment method and you don't make it easy. I have to have an online account 1st?! I filed using your desktop version! 10 minutes of searching and still can't change my payment option.

I am always so amazed at how easy it is to navigate this product. I have done the family taxes for years now, thanks to turbotax! I figure, why pay twice, the Preparer then possibly the IRS. I just pay for turbotax and that's it for me. The audit gauge at the end is a great tool. It let's me know where I stand. Green is where I always land. Thanks turbotax!
