Easy to use, but some screens need work

The billing screen, to pay for NJ e-file, needs work. I could not get past it. I suspected there was a NEXT button below the visible are, but couldn't see it -- nor could I re-size the window. I could only see the top edge of a button -- so I pressed that, not knowing where it would lead.
