Turbo Tax is very good.

Overall, a very good program. However, the screen asking if I wanted my refund by direct deposit or mail, did not provide the option to apply the refund to next years taxes. I spent the better part of an hour trying to figure it out, and couldn't.
When I ordered Turbo Tax, I asked for a CD. It was never received. I finally downloaded.

TurboTax great for fed...

...but not so great for state of WI tax return. A couple of pages looked like generic questions with no explanations. First time in 8 years of living in WI where I neither owed tax nor got some kind of refund. Wondering if the WI software isn't quite ready for prime time?

Turbo Tax is reliable and oh so easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years when my husband owned his own design business and I have continued using it since we have both retired. It makes my life so easy and stress free when it comes to filing taxes.

I Use Turbo Tax Every Year

I use Turbo Tax every year because it is user friendly. Turbo Tax provides confidence in filing taxes and filing taxes right and accurately. Takes the stress out of filing. That's a pretty big deal.

Great until the final screen

Had a great experience until I came to the final screen and discovered I had to pay $25 to efile my state returns and another $40 for some kind of "refund processing" fee. I understood TurboTax Deluxe offered a free Fed. filing and was going to pay the state fee, but was disappointed enough to print my returns and pay $.80 to file both of them.
