We like Turbo Tax

We've used Turbo Tax for some years now. For the first time this year, it didn't pick up information from our previous year's return. It prompted us to do that and we said "yes" but no info was obtained, even though we're on the same computer and it should have been picked up. So we had to re-enter all of our personal info etc. Hope this doesn't happen next year.

slight problem this year

I have been using Turbo tax for many years and will continue to use in the future. However, this year I encountered a problem entering my payment date after the usual April 15 due date. Apparently Turbo tax was caught off guard and is delayed in making the update in their software to add the extension date of May 17. I am hoping that there will be an update before 4/15 and that I can change my payment date.

Turbo Tax 2020 Windows version

I ran into several issues related to the City of Walker forms and then the transmission to e-file my returns. This made me feel that maybe next year I will opt for the free online verion and not pay for the Windows version
