Turbo Tax lost my returns, twice.

I do the taxes for my sister, mother and myself. Turbo Tax lost my sister's return from 2019 and lost my 2020 return just 1 week after their completion. I saw online that quite a few others had the same problem. This may be my last year for Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is easier to use and they keep improving it. Most people should use this since turbo tax has a step by step process which helps and you can go online and ask questions
