Easy and Thorough

Very easy to use and if you miss any boxes you won't be able to submit the return. Very thankful as I misunderstood one of the boxes relating to health insurance and I skipped a box. I ended up getting more on my return thanks to the great product of turbotax!

Mostly ok. 1 glitch could not repair and called live help. They took about 10 minutes to answer but did solve problem. You should have told me that by requesting underpayment penalty waiver that it would make it impossible to efile
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Made Tax Filing Easy

Being able to load my W2 form information and investment portfolio entries through an electronic link reduce the the time significantly and reduced chances for mistyping incorrect amounts in numeric fields. TurboTax also identified that I may be eligible for a 2020 COVID stimulus check adjustment that was substantially higher than I actually received. I have been using TurboTax for 10+ years and will continue to do so in the future.

Charged me for my "free" State return
