Turbo Tax is a blessing

Turbo Tax relives 80% of the stress of preparing and filing the income tax returns. The other 20% is housekeeping (gathering and sorting documents). It walks you through the process and you have answers at your fingertips.

Turbo Tax was very user friendly. I have used it for 10 years now. I have never been disappointed in the outcome of using it. I have always felt comfortable with the outcome of filing my taxes easily, safely, and confidently.

No longer as user friendly

Unfortunately, many times the system would not prompt me when I needed to input additional information, e.g., spouse's W-2 on joint married return and additional student for education credit. If I did not know better, my return would have been inaccurate
