Turbo Tax Knows Nothing About Updates

I LITERALLY just spent three hours to file my taxes because Turbo Tax can't get their updates to work.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I find it very user friendly! I feel very comfortable with using the software for my taxes as well as recommending this to anyone.

I still have trouble deciphering Federal and State Taxes. The laws are just too complex but Turbo tax helps.
