Great program and system - other than efile!

I have used Turbotax for years and have found it easy efficient.
However, for all the positives of the program it all goes sideways when efiling this year. forcing us to pay and additional $45 if we choose pay with refund is absolutely unacceptable and dirty.
the fact that we have to get charged and additional $25 to file the state is pretty low-down and dirty, but then the only way to avoid the $45 for the additional TurboTax add on product is through paying via credit card is absolutely crap!

Kind of tired of it as I am remembering back to last year and dealing with this - I most likely will use another service next year as a result of this under handed tactic!!!!

I had to start over and the technician Benjamin was very helpful.
The process is very user friendly and you can get answers to most of your questions with just a click.

Turbo Tax is an outstanding tool which helps to keep us current with everchanging tax law requirements. It takes time to complete all the required sections, however it is comprehensive and helpful.
