Frustration Overload --- I have had it !!!

Why do I need to enter the account and routing numbers again into Turbo Tax in order to Efile where the information is already there and also imported from the previous years information. This is just one example of why I will NOT be using Turbo Tax any longer! I have been a Turbo Tax customer for years and the product has made filling taxes a frustrating experience!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I love the product because I always feel assured that all of my bases are covered and my forms are complete and correct. Turbo Tax gives me immeasurable peace of mind.

Love TT, but should be better for grad 1099MISC

I had to do some seemingly difficult extra entries to 'back out' (add the same income as negative) a 1099-MISC 'other' which included graduate research $ that covered tuition, which by the IRS is not taxable. It should have been one of the selectable options after entering the 1099-MISC. Luckily one of the experts on the TT website was able to answer how to do it.
