Only one complaint, state tax was additional $25, which seems to be very high! Not sure if it is TurboTax or my state!

TurboTax saves time. It goes easy through the filling process by retrieving the information from your previous tax return. The information is secured. It makes me feel in control of the process. Thanks!

Does the job. Wish it would be more user friendly

I have been using TurboTax for many years. Every year, I install it and hope that I can finally use my touch screen for scrolling, and every year I am disappointed. I had my son use it this year as well. He is much more skilled at computers than I am, and he was livid at how unfriendly the user interface was. For example, he found two places to do searches, and from one place, there was a link to jump to other forms, but in the other place, there wasn't the link. So yes, it does your taxes fine, and yes, I am happy to buy the Deluxe edition every year so I get a free state filing. But geez, talk with some real software developers or power computer users about how to improve the ease of use.
