This was our first year filing jointly and Turbotax made it incredibly easy and stress free. When we had questions, there were definitions and images for assistance. The only aspect that takes some time is downloading the program, but that is an easy thing to deal with when the rest of the process is so easy to understand.

This year I got involved with Robinhood, Webull, Stocks, and Digitial Currency. Turbotax took the worry out of having these and was amazing as it imported everything for me. Made this so easy.

Good for Federal and Confusing for states

Overall the product is good but the state tax return causes some confusion. I moved to New Jersey from PA but kept my PA job and this seem to cause some confusion on what return should be filed for the NJ state return and took me much longer then expected.

Tried to add "authorized 3-rd party to discuss" on CA-540, but would not allow checking "YES", it was stuck on NO. I could add my name and phone, but not change to YES.

I have been using it for 20 years. Easy to import basic info from previous years filing.
I like the import feature for all transactions from my brokerage account.

Everything is good but while paying for efile charges, takes forever.
