Have Used TurboTax Nearly 10 Years

The fact that I have used TurboTax annually indicates that I find it extremely helpful. It is more user-friendly than some other brands I have seen.
Sometimes I wish it were more helpful, such as issues pertaining to the Alternative Minimum Tax, when sometimes it feels like the TurboTax program has abandoned me to make my own guesses about some of the program's AMT questions. In filing my 2020 taxes, TurboTax could have been more clear about explaining the additional forms it says I am required to file by paper even though I e-filed. The guidance about this was less than clear.
But overall TurboTax is invaluable and gives me confidence that my tax filing each year is accurate, or as close to accurate as possible given the ridiculously complicated federal tax code.

Once it loaded, excellent

Initially Turbo Tax would not load. Upon log off and restart every thing worked. This is at least the tenth year that I have used Turbo Tax. Only drawback was that it did not automatically download my previous info.

Terrible Support to Resolve Problems like eFile

I've tried 3 times to file Federal tax and keeps getting reject and TurboTax indicates my spouse's AGI is incorrect, yet I know it is exactly as reported on my last year's tax return. Can't get any help......send you to their community board for help or digital assistant.

TurboTax is Thorough and Accurate

I have used TurboTax for the last three years, 2018-20. I've found the product to be useful in helping me prepare my returns accurately and minimizing my tax bill each year. I deliberately do not over-withhold, as I don't believe in giving my Uncle Sam an interest free loan by keeping my money all year.

It's really easy to use from year to year as it uploads all previous year info automatically. The program has tremendously improved over the years and really explains things in a simple easy to understand way. THANKS TURBOTAX!
