Got tangled up for the 1st time ever. Problem was related to the Rescue Act which was promoting a delay in filing the return (which I ignored and filed anyways). It also got me tangled up in the process of paying the $25 State Electronic Filing Fee. For some reason it did not give me the usual opportunity to enter my credit card. Had to call Customer Support to get this straightened out.

What a counselor!

I have used this computer program for a long time. I even keep a stack of the DVDs on a spindle. The only way this could be a better experience were the government to magically make paying taxes easier. It is a huge, huge, burden put on us--not the money part, which is what we need to do to be a real community--but the work of it. There is no way I could do this on my own the way I did as a young man in the 70s. It is computer-aided help for what is now a full-on computer challenge. The amount of research TT puts into this, even for my state, would stun me were it not for having used it over so many years. Fair to say, "I love you, TurboTax!"

Turbo Tax is good

Everything is great with Turbo Tax, no complaints throughout. But, is getting 2 stars this year, because even though I answered "yes" to the question: "You have one time free file state return, would you like to use it?" I still get charged $25 each time. I know its just only $25 dollars, but I have been using Turbo Tax every year since 2001. Now do the math for each time. All I am saying is...If it is a one time free State Return file, then it should be a one time FREE State Return file, don't you think?
