Slow and outdated

TurboTax is like a program from the 1990s. Slow to load, clunky to navigate, outdated looking, and not very smart. It keeps asking you the same questions even if you've answered them when all you want to do is go back and review certain sections.

Turbo tax struggle to finish

Forced to Update

Software forced to update every time you start system. Customers should have a choice after they have updated software. Updater fail to update locks you out of the system until this is fixed. Error code was 1603. Support staff finally gave up and blamed on Microsoft. Ended up with computer in shop, Microsoft was ok, Turbotax was issue. Ended up uninstall and reinstall twice before downloading versus disc to fix. Not acceptable when it is costing consumer additional expense to fix Turbo tax software issue. Shop repair cost $120.00

Turbo Tax covers the basics

Had a challenging time this year reporting/recording points paid on my new mortgage. Ended up having to go to Forms, and entering myself. Took about an hour to figure out, and get it to stick....significant amount of money for me. Somebody missed a step in the loop.
