Cumbersome

The website has you going in circles when you try to find something, and when you're already in, they still use a second verification.

Getting more complicated every year

I downloaded the 2020 program and began setting up my return in December. I accessed the program again in late January and was asked to enter my "Product License Number," something I hadn't been asked for since the download and something I did not know I needed to save for later. Was unable to access TT any longer, and a phone number for tech support was almost impossible to locate, and when eventually found, was useless. I had to buy and download a new copy to TT and start over. The 2020 forms are far more confusing than the previous 20 or so years that I've been using TT. But I'll continue to use it because I'm at least familiar with the format.

For some unknown reason I could not access my 2019 TurboTax filing in my Intuit account in order to find out my AGI to E-file. This was very frustrating!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 Years! I am an accountant and find this to be the most thorough program as well as easy to use.
