TurboTax is good stuff!

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for at least ten years with confidence. This year, downloading, installing, and registering TurboTax 2020 Deluxe went well as expected.
The only difficulty I had was, after entering all income, I was ready to enter deductions. That's when TurboTax would NOT update (Microsoft Installer error 1603). The next day, I saved the work already entered, uninstalled TurboTax 2020 Deluxe (even when uninstalling, TurboTax saved my file as it should) and re-installed the program. All proceeded correctly and the rest completed correctly and swiftly.
Even with the one glitch, TurboTax remains an excellent product.

Does the job year after year

Only problem was on the Intuit order for the state filing. The fill-in screen was slightly larger than the space on my screen and the button for accept and continue was below the bottom of the screen except for a small sliver. I could not move the fill-in screen up or down. Luckily I could activate the button using that small sliver.

Terrible with my California Return

Turbo Tax was terrible with my California state return. Instead of asking if California adjustments apply to my tax return, it ask for amounts. This results in Turbo Tax adding forms that do not apply to me and generated errors in the tax return that are confusing and difficult to fix. This was NOT User Friendly.
