turbo tax lacks answers

first cd had nothing on it to load had to download from web ,there were to many definitions unexplained had to research back and forth to different sites .i would rather have the old paper forms than this

Too many repeat, repeat, repeats

Gotta type everything in 3 and 4 times. "Let's make sure you're you" Then when ready to E-File you throw another curve ball and ask for last year's AGI - which I don't keep in paper form. I went to T.T. website to look up history as I've been using it the last 8 years and site says they have no records. What a crock of crap. Never again.....

Turbo Tax is very valuable for investments

I had a problem with an imported form that had boxes with no entry. The Turbo Tax expert guided me to a solution is very little time.

A bit disappointing

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always filed by printing my return. This year I tried to e-file and after 3 attempts and 3 rejections, the notion that Turbo Tax could fix the discrepancy by having me submit the same thing over again each time, with the same result was disappointing. Having me enter my AGI from the previous year, which I know was correct, did not fix the problem. So, I'm printing again. Also, having to pay in advance for State e-filing, but unable to do so, I expect to be reimbursed. Besides this hiccup, Turbo Tax is great.
