Turbo Tax is great, except for installation

The turbo tax product is great and easy to navigate. However, this is the second year I have bought it, and it will not download or accept the key code. Turbo tax help forums all state that this is problem year after year. This is especially troublesome, as the packaging states that up to 5 individual federal taxes (on different computers) can be filed using the software.

Expensive add-ons

I paid $45 for additional states and then it cost an additional $25 per state for e-file!

First time using TTD. Followed all the steps where each step were explained. When there was a question there was a sub menu to review with the answers. Just to be sure I went through it 3 times and the numbers were all correct. Good job TT!

Usual Happy Time with TTAX

I have used TTAX for over 20 years and remain satisfied. I was really looking forward to the new advertised TTAX LIVE capability - but not as a significantly extra cost feature! Suggest having a no-charge LIVE session for simply checking my taxes over and answering questions, since I can easily e-file myself. LIVE is a real separator from competing tax prep software, if it is made affordable..

Worked mostly as expected. There were a few confusing questions leading me to enter the incorrect information. Found it after a day or so and corrected.
