Great Program

I really enjoy using TurboTax each year. My only complaints are 1. that the program should be made full screen and 2. I should not have the need to keep the disc in my computer in order to do updates. Other that those 2 issues, it's a wonderful program

Turbo Tax is my go to tax software

Turbo Tax has worked great for me. I have used it for the past 5 years. It is easy to use and understand with extremely helpful hints and info along the way. Their phone assistance has been great and very helpful, as well.

Better than Manual Entry

Overall very useful. Like to be able to update/skip entries and have the program recalculate everything. Walking through the steps is useful.
Some additional explanations are needed - like why I can only deduct $300 cash charitable donations if I choose standard deduction.
Difficult to correct "errors" from the review forms and/or find where calculated numbers are coming from. Impossible to import older TTax data once you've started - very annoying. Older TTax forms will not import at all e.g. 2012/13/14/15/16

IMPORT PROBLEMS

Even though I tried 3 times to copy my PDF from my old PC to import into the new one that runs Windows 10, I never could import it and had to enter everything myself. Do not know if this is a problem because I had to move from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or something else. Not a big thing but of a bother none the less.

Online version froze up often
