Worked well except for activation issues

I'm generally happy with TurboTax although this year I had difficulty activating the software. It turns out there is a known issue in some versions which requires you to enter the license every time you launch the program. Customer service was able to get me running again so that I could complete my return. Otherwise I'm very happy with the software ; I've been using TT Deluxe for many years so I'm comfortable with the interface and I'm able to complete my return quickly. It carries my important information year-to-year so that I don't have to keep track.

BEEN TRYING TO TRANSMIT DOESN'T WORK

I TRANSMITTED ONE RETURN JUST FINE. TRYING TO TRANSMIT A SECOND RETURN AND GETTING MESSAGES THAT TURBOTAX IS EXPERIENCING INTERNET PROBLEMS. IT'S BEEN THREE DAYS. MY INTERNET ACCESS IS SECURE. I'VE COMPLETE RESET THEN RESTORED ROUTER SETTING. I'M GETTING SICK OF THIS.
