2020 Turbo tax software has an issue

2020 Turbo tax software has an issue with needing to be re-activated every time it is opened. There is no need for this and needs to be fixed

The flagged items have been reviewed by both experts and myself and highlighted items were taken care of before actual filing. It's step by step directions are very easy to follow, the updates are loaded every time the computer goes online and the taxes and returns are updated automatically. That's a convenience I look for.
